- Ensure all team members have their temperatures taken on arrival
- Everyone to fill out track and trace info
- Make sure everyone has a facemask and if not one is provided
- Exemptions for facemasks to be made for those who have health issues that prevent them from wearing one
- All high touch surface areas to be sanitised before during and after the event
- Team to be split into groups of no more than 4
- One way systems to be implemented where possible
- Social distancing to be maintained through the night during and after the investigation
- If team members wish to split and go for a wander no more than two together and social distancing must be maintained masks do not have to be worn unless you want to.
- All team members to be briefed fully on the procedures for Covid 19 and made aware of the one way systems
